Liyova services are provided by Hasan Eksi (Lone), registered with Setbaşı Tax Office under tax number 3300731863, at Dikkaldırım Mah. 2. Halis Sok. No:15 Kat:3 D:4 Osmangazi/Bursa, Türkiye, info@liyova.com, +90 507 858 50 83. “Liyova” or “Service Provider” in these documents means this business.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small browser record and local storage is a similar browser feature for device-side preferences. The current Liyova website uses these technologies only for a basic preference and form security.

This version of liyova.com does not enable behavioural advertising, retargeting or visitor-analytics cookies. The inventory and any required preference mechanism will be updated before such technology is activated.
3. Legal ground
The theme record fulfils an express preference and reCAPTCHA protects the requested form service and Liyova’s legitimate security interests. Neither is used for marketing.
4. reCAPTCHA
When SMS verification or form submission starts, Google reCAPTCHA loads. Google may process IP, device/browser signals, page interaction and a security score to assess abuse. Google’s own privacy policy and terms apply. Blocking reCAPTCHA can prevent submission; email info@liyova.com as an alternative.
5. Browser control and changes
Browser settings can show, delete or block site data. Clearing local storage resets the theme. If future analytics, personalisation or advertising requires consent, it will remain off until equal accept/reject and later-change controls are available.
