1. Before making a request
For dues, unit, resident, visitor, employee or other management-created records, the relevant property management is usually controller. Contact Liyova directly for Liyova accounts, contracts, website forms, support or security records.

Do not initially send a Turkish identity number or identity-card copy. Liyova may ask for proportionate verification through a secure channel if necessary.

Describe the relevant date range, account, property, transaction or screen and the result you want. Do not include unnecessary third-party or sensitive information.
4. Sending and response
Send from your registered email to info@liyova.com with subject “Data Subject Request”, or post a signed request to the Bursa address above. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. A request about management-controlled data may be redirected to that management.
